The website https://baraonda.gr is provided by the company «ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΟΣ ΧΟΥΛΙΑΡΑΣ ΨΥΧΑΓΩΓΙΚΗ ΕΤΕΡΟΡΡΥΘΜΟΣ ΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ», trading as «BARAONDA ΕΕ» (hereinafter “the Company”), with registered office in Athens (43 Tsocha St, 115 21). The services of the website are available only to adult natural persons who are able to enter into legally binding agreements under applicable law. You also confirm that you are legally authorised to submit reservation requests either for yourself or for another person on whose behalf you are authorised to act. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not use the website.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice; amendments take effect upon publication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the other legal texts published on the website, are legally binding texts governing the relationship between the Company and the user. If you have any reservations about the above, do not access or use the website.

The Company and its partner service providers accept no liability for any damage that may arise from reservation requests you submitted which, for any reason, were not accepted or not completed.
Reservation and cancellation terms
The following policies apply to all reservations, and you expressly confirm that you accept them before booking a table.
Reservation policy
Tables can be booked by phone at +30 210 6444308 or through the reservation form on the website. Submitting the form is a reservation request, not a confirmed reservation; a reservation is valid only once we have confirmed it.
If a deposit is required for the reservation, it will be charged to your credit card or must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours. If payment of the deposit has not been confirmed by us within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the provisional reservation. The deposit amount is deducted from your total bill. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation if, for reasons beyond our control, it is not possible to hold the table.
Cancellation policy
If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, for any reason, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
The venue may give your table to other guests if you arrive more than 20 minutes after the confirmed reservation time. In this case, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to amend the above policies as needed, without prior notice.
Intellectual property
All content of the website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio files, software and files of any kind, is the intellectual property of the Company or its lawful owners and is protected by Greek, European and international intellectual property law.
The names, trademarks and logos appearing on the website, such as «BARAONDA», «BARAONDA MUSIC HALL» and «BIJOUX», are distinctive marks of the Company or of their respective owners. They may not be used in connection with any product or service, or in any way that may cause confusion among the public.
Accordingly, the reproduction, republication, copying, storage, sale, transmission, distribution, publication, performance, translation or modification of any part of the website, in any way, is expressly prohibited without the prior express written consent of the Company. Any consent may be revoked at any time.

Governing law
These Terms of Use, and all policies referred to in them, are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction to interpret them and to resolve any dispute concerning them or any amendment to them.
If any of these Terms is found to be invalid or is annulled, this does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms, which remain in full force.
